Cookie Policy
This page explains what cookies are, how Tenura uses them on this website, and how you can control your preferences. We keep things straightforward.

1. What Are Cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognise your device on return visits and remember certain information about your preferences or actions.
Cookies are not programs — they cannot run code or carry viruses. They are a standard and widely used part of how websites function. Most browsers accept cookies automatically, though you can adjust your settings at any time (see Section 6).
We use cookies to keep our website working reliably, to understand how it is used, and to remember your choices so you do not have to re-enter them each time you visit.
2. Cookies We Use
Essential Cookies
Always activeThese cookies are required for the website to function. They cannot be switched off. Without them, certain features — such as the contact form or your cookie consent preference itself — would not work.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| cookieConsent | Stores your cookie preferences | Persistent (localStorage) |
| PHPSESSID | Maintains session state | Session |
Analytics Cookies
These help us understand how visitors interact with our website — for example, which pages are most visited or where people spend time. This information is aggregated and does not identify you personally.
| Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Google Analytics | Page views, session data | Up to 2 years |
| _ga, _gid | Visitor identification (anonymised) | 1 day – 2 years |
Marketing Cookies
These cookies are set by advertising partners and help us understand which channels bring visitors to our site. They may be used to show relevant information on other platforms you visit.
| Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| Google Ads | Conversion tracking | 90 days |
| Facebook Pixel | Reach tracking | 180 days |
Preference Cookies
These remember settings you choose — such as display preferences — so you do not have to re-select them on your next visit. Disabling them means some personalisation will be reset each time.
